ORDERING
HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.
We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL YET.
First, double check your Spam/Junk mailbox and other email accounts.
Can’t find it? Don’t hesitate to reach out to us, as we may have the incorrect email on file. Please include the name on the shipping information, your email, and anything else that might be helpful.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAD FORGOTTEN TO ENTER DISCOUNT CODE?
If you had forgotten to apply a discount code that was offered to you, you can contact our Support team at support@theprintsparlor.com with the discount code mentioned clearly so that we can dive right in. Our team will respond to you promptly!
CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES ON A SINGLE ORDER?
Discount codes don't stack. Only one discount at a time can apply to a single order.
WHY HAS MY DISCOUNT CODE NOT BEEN APPLIED?
Some offers expire after a short period, so make sure the code is still valid by the time you order.
If everything is correct but it still doesn't work, you can contact our Support team at support@theprintsparlor.com and submit the discount code as well as a screenshot that might help our investigation. Our team will respond to you promptly!
ORDER STATUS
WHAT'S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
All our products are made to order. There are three steps before you receive it:
Order on Hold → Production → Delivery.
You will receive:
Order confirmation email
Production update email
Shipping email with tracking information
If you did not receive status update emails, please check your spam folder or promotions tab.
Still no emails? Please contact us for assistance.
WHERE IS MY ORDER? HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
When your order ships, you will receive tracking information. Please allow 24–72 hours for updates.

I PLACED SEVERAL ORDERS BUT ONLY SOME ARRIVED. WHY?
We use multiple warehouses, so items may ship separately.
Receiving products at different times is normal. All items ship from within the USA, so delays are minimal.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
After entering your delivery address at checkout, shipping costs will appear in the order summary.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
All products are printed to order in the USA.
Production: 2–10 working days
Shipping time (after fulfillment):
US: 4–8 working days
International: 8–30 working days
WHY DOES TRACKING SHOW NO UPDATES?
Possible reasons:
Holiday rush
Carrier delays
Weather issues
Missed scans at transit points

I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If 45 days have passed since your order date, please contact customer support and we will assist you.
CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
Not within a single order. Please create separate orders for different addresses.
CAN I UPGRADE TO EXPRESS SHIPPING?
We currently do not offer express shipping.

TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOTHING.
Please wait 1 business day — carriers sometimes mark items early.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We currently ship to:
Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain.
RETURN AND REFUND
I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We replace items free of charge if:
The product is flawed
Print quality is poor
The product differs from the listing
Please send:
Order number
Clear photo of the issue
We do not accept returns since items are custom printed. Approved issues will receive replacement.
I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, COLOR OR MODEL. NOW WHAT?
If within 12 hours of ordering, visit MY ORDERS for modification.
Because items are printed to order, we cannot exchange them — but contact us and we will do our best to help.
DO YOU HAVE A RETURNS POLICY?
No returns for custom-printed items.
However, defective or incorrect products will be refunded or replaced once you provide a photo of the issue and your order number.
